Returns Policy

You may return unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be initiated by contacting us at marketing.leonbabes@gmail.com; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Note: Banks may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items include sale products, gift cards, perishable goods, and customized/personalized orders. For EU customers, a 14-day cancellation period applies.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered via:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
